Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or engagement management within a cybersecurity consulting or managed services environment.
- 2+ years of direct experience working in or supporting Digital Forensics & Incident Response and/or Threat Intelligence operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements end-to-end in a consulting services model.
- Experience with Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) and Threat Intelligence methodologies, processes, and tooling.
- Proven track record of client relationship management and stakeholder communication at both technical and executive levels.
- Ability to embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to solve problems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Experience with project management/collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce/Certinia).
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and manage complex, high-visibility DFIR & GRIT engagements end-to-end.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical engagements and client concerns.
- Proactively identify and mitigate engagement risks, scope changes, and delivery blockers.
- Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of comprehensive engagement deliverables.
- Manage engagement financials awareness including hours tracking and budget adherence.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of repeatable delivery processes and SOPs.
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Delivery Coordinators.
- Partner with Practice Leadership on capacity planning and strategic initiatives.
