Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or engagement management within a cybersecurity consulting environment.
- 2+ years of direct experience working in or supporting Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) or Threat Intelligence operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in a consulting model.
- Proven track record of stakeholder communication at both technical and executive levels.
- Proficiency in DFIR and Threat Intelligence methodologies, processes, and tooling.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Experience with project management or collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce/Certinia.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and manage high-visibility DFIR & GRIT engagements from scoping through closure.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical engagements and client concerns.
- Monitor engagement financials, including hours tracking, burn rates, and budget adherence.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables to meet technical and managerial audience needs.
- Design and implement repeatable delivery processes, playbooks, and SOPs to improve scalability.
- Generate reporting on key delivery metrics and KPIs for Practice Leadership.
- Mentor and guide Delivery Coordinators in technical and professional development.
- Collaborate with sales, account, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.
