Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry.
- Active Professional Registration (Licensed Architect or Licensed Engineer) is desired.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Experience in mission-critical or data center environments, or projects of equivalent complexity/scale is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and manage risk.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on project data and information.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external relationships.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Must be able to travel for local, regional, and national clients and projects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall cross-functional project team.
- Assist with the quality of deliverables including fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, and contracts.
- Resolve issues impacting project objectives and client satisfaction.
- Support team in scope and budget/pricing development for proposals.
- Develop client relationships and conduct business development activities.
- Act as the key internal contact for communication and identify performance variances.
- Negotiate project schedule, fee, scope, and contract terms for complex, multidiscipline projects.
- Define and communicate client needs and expectations.
