Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams and large-scale wind energy projects.
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operations, and maintenance.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills with a sound understanding of P&L Management.
- Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex situations.
- Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and influence others.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of safety and quality across all MCE projects and teams.
- Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring sustained profitability and growth.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with the overall Wind Services strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships to expand MCE capabilities.
- Monitor financial performance, job costing, and key metrics to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, and industry safety standards and regulations.
- Continuously assess risk and implement mitigation strategies to push for zero recordables.
- Drive operational rigor through standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
