Requirements
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment.
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through CV reviews and phone/virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to TA Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Share data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and the competitor landscape.
