Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Configuration Management and Change Enablement.
- Expertise in CM policy development, audit execution, and enterprise CI management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IS, or CS (ABET or CAE accredited) OR CISSP/Security+ certification.
- Certification in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to diverse audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 Public Trust (NACLC) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and institutionalize enterprise CM policies, plans, procedures, and templates.
- Lead CM audits and define corrective action strategies to address discrepancies.
- Serve as SME for Infrastructure CM, working with asset, cybersecurity, and KM teams.
- Identify and manage infrastructure CI relationships, baselines, and traceability.
- Maintain CI attributes, dependency mapping, and relationship records in CMDB.
- Analyze change ticket data to create dashboards and executive briefings.
- Review foundational CM documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate CAB meetings and document outcomes, agendas, and action items.
- Mentor and train junior CM staff and stakeholders on policy, process, and reporting.
