Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer in an agency or production environment for Senior level.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume campaign productions.
- Experience leading creative production teams and managing direct client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
- Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into production workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Odoo, Resource Guru, and Adobe Suite is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate large-scale campaign productions across multiple markets and channels.
- Manage creative production teams including designers, AI artists, motion designers, and video producers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the production process.
- Oversee project budgets, costs, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate external freelancers and internal team workflows.
- Continuously improve production processes and utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency.
