Job Details

Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools for internal teams of varying technical backgrounds
Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals
Experience building production AI observability (logging, token tracking, regression evaluations)
Experience extending or building on agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs)
Excellent product judgment regarding AI vs deterministic code implementation
Ability to track the AI tooling landscape and experiment with new technologies
Experience teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption
Ability to partner with executive leadership and translate AI concepts for all audiences
Exceptional communication skills for AI strategy and outcomes

Partner with executives to identify areas at Campminder that would benefit most from AI enablement
Partner with teams to define clear business metrics improved by AI and enable teams to build AI-powered tools
Partner with product to design and build AI platform and harness engineering tooling
Design AI best practices and build platform functionality to automate adherence
Partner with DevOps to roll out AI-first development and CI/CD flows
Mentor and collaborate with teammates across the company to build effective AI-powered tools
