Responsibilities
- Perform order entry and validation for imaging and referrals.
- Manage incoming referrals received from provider offices.
- Execute proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels.
- Manage multiple tasks throughout the workday with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff.
