Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies, specifically Windows Server and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including identity governance and security.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
- Experience supporting enterprise servers, storage, backup/recovery, and hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid and cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and related services.
- Design and implement identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Lead the design of enterprise-grade data center solutions across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Architect virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven services and automation into enterprise IT strategies.
- Support and troubleshoot client infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Consult with client stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps and architecture documentation.
