Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent directly related experience.
- At least 5 years of related professional experience, with extensive combined experience across IT, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, cybersecurity principles, enterprise architecture, and security best practices.
- Experience designing and securing SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security controls, identity and access management, encryption, data protection, monitoring, logging, detection, and preventive controls.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, cloud automation, provisioning, and management across multiple environments.
- Ability to develop cybersecurity strategies and architectures aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a scalable, resilient architecture vision for secure public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Advise cloud teams and Cloud Centers of Excellence on secure deployments, configurations, and architecture decisions.
- Review architecture plans and collaborate closely with enterprise architecture teams to ensure security is integrated into broader technology strategies.
- Lead security architecture across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments, providing guidance throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with security, architecture, engineering, and technology leadership to align security solutions with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce enterprise standards for secure, resilient, compliant, and cost-efficient technology solutions.
- Identify security risks and design mitigation strategies to reduce the likelihood and potential business impact of security incidents.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, strategies, playbooks, workflows, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks such as CMMC and NIST.
