Requirements
- 6+ years of experience shipping production web applications.
- 3+ years of experience owning a full-stack slice across UI and API.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, including App Router and data-fetching techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or Django/Flask at similar depth).
- Deep understanding of relational modeling and migrations (SQLAlchemy/Alembic).
- Experience with multi-service codebase architectures, Redis, and worker systems.
- Demonstrated habit of writing unit, integration, and component tests.
- Experience with MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Ability to write maintainable code for collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- Build production web applications using Next.js 16, React 19, and strict TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python 3.13 and FastAPI.
- Perform relational modeling and migrations using SQLAlchemy or Alembic.
- Implement multi-service communication using HTTP, Redis, and background workers.
- Maintain infrastructure and cloud operations using Azure, Docker, and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
- Develop complex data interfaces including AG Grid, graph UIs, and real-time functionality.
