Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in fast-changing, venture-backed companies.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to manage data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Proven experience building autonomous systems, automations, or agents.
- Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects without formal authority.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write in another voice.
- Strong data visualization skills to translate complex data into clear decision-making charts.
- Ability to hold confidences and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Willingness to travel to Ljubljana, Slovenia regularly.
- Experience working in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience using AI developer tools like Claude Code or Codex is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quarterly planning cycle, company goals, and weekly leadership meetings.
- Drive cross-functional projects by acting as the direct responsible individual until completion.
- Draft internal communications, decision memos, and all-hands presentations in the CEO's voice.
- Build and maintain operational systems including morning briefs, commitment tracking, and action pipelines.
- Ensure leadership decisions are documented, legible, and actionable for the entire organization.
- Execute special projects with CEO-level urgency and focus.
