Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting (experience at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain is preferred).
- Prior experience in a scale-up environment is a plus.
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Advanced executive communication abilities.
- Hands-on execution mindset with a willingness to manage operational delivery.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Demonstrated AI proficiency (at least Level 1: Explorer).
- Knowledge of German healthcare (GKV, DiGA, market access) is a plus.
- Experience with Krankenkassen or B2B employer partnerships is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects end to end, such as optimizing sales and partnership channels.
- Run the management cadence, including weekly business reviews and reporting.
- Build business cases and analyses, including channel economics, CAC, market sizing, and partnership options.
- Take over high-priority operational topics like process set-up and vendor negotiations.
- Act as the primary interface between German operations and global functions like Finance, Legal, and People.
