Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including enterprise-scale front-end engineering.
- Expert-level Angular proficiency, including component architecture, dependency management, and performance considerations.
- Proven experience building, maintaining, or evolving a reusable component library or enterprise design system.
- Deep proficiency with TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of module federation for Angular applications.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements, including semantic HTML, ARIA, and screen-reader interactions.
- Experience with Storybook for component development, testing, and documentation.
- Experience with agentic-AI software development practices and tools.
- Strong software fundamentals including OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- C1 level proficiency in English.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technical roadmap for the design system, including Angular component architecture, design tokens, theming, and adoption patterns.
- Build, document, test, and maintain reusable Angular components with strong accessibility and predictable integration patterns.
- Design and support module federation patterns for cross-application capability sharing.
- Mentor developers through design reviews and AI-assisted workflows, contributing to overall engineering maturity.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to align system decisions with product needs and technical constraints.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and mentor others on safe, effective usage within development workflows.
