Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with significant front-end engineering in enterprise-scale web applications.
- Expert-level Angular proficiency (architecture, dependency management, routing, build tooling, performance).
- Proven experience building or evolving a reusable component library or enterprise design system.
- Deep proficiency with TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of design tokens, theming, scalable styling architecture, and component API design.
- Hands-on knowledge of module federation for Angular and safe, scalable integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards (semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management).
- Experience with Storybook or similar tools for component development and testing.
- English C1 proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
- Experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technical roadmap for the design system, including architecture, design tokens, and packaging.
- Build, document, and maintain reusable Angular components with strong accessibility and predictable integration patterns.
- Design and support module federation patterns for Angular applications to enable shared front-end capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to resolve ambiguity and align design-system decisions with technical constraints.
- Mentor developers on component reuse, API design, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
- Review front-end implementations across teams and provide practical guidance on maintainable patterns and architecture.
- Create implementation guidance, migration notes, and workshops to drive design system adoption.
