Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, FP&A, operational excellence, or performance management.
- Experience analyzing performance across multiple dimensions, including financial, operational, customer, and organizational metrics.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentation development.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance across financial, operational, commercial, and organizational dimensions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into business and initiative performance.
- Conduct detailed analyses of revenue, profitability, productivity, utilization, customer, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to support executive decision-making and business reviews.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership meetings and operating reviews.
- Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning efforts through quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses requested by executive leadership.
