Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing with a focus on large or enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of quantifiable account growth and retention.
- Experience managing revenue targets, renewals, and NRR.
- Direct people-leadership experience, including conducting 1:1s and managing team workloads.
- Hands-on campaign fluency with Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools for faster execution, sharper insights, and smarter workflows.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to speak confidently about revenue impact.
- Operational reliability and ability to lead end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and handle difficult conversations directly.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and NRR.
- Act as the primary strategic partner to senior brand-side stakeholders.
- Lead a pod of CSMs and Junior CSMs, mentoring them and elevating their performance.
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
- Translate data into actionable plans, presenting performance against KPIs like engagement, EMV, and sales lift.
- Use AI tools daily for reporting, modeling renewals, preparing upsells, and synthesizing data.
- Forecast performance and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery is on-brand and within margin.
