Requirements
- Experience reviewing detailed records, complaint files, quality documentation, or similar documentation-intensive materials.
- Required experience with SAP.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, consistent documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications and business processes.
- Experience collecting, organizing, verifying, and analyzing data.
- Experience with MQ, P58, complaint handling, quality management, or medical devices is preferred.
- Experience training employees or supporting system/process implementations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter resource for medical quality complaint processes, workflows, systems, documentation standards, and requirements.
- Review escalated complaint files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear information and proactively contact stakeholders to obtain required details.
- Accurately document collected information in complaint-management systems while maintaining consistent records.
- Monitor MQ reports to track new and open complaint tickets and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Collect, organize, verify, and analyze MQ-related data to prepare reports and visualizations.
- Lead MQ process training for new employees and provide team-wide training on process or system updates.
- Identify documentation gaps, process concerns, or compliance issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
