Job Details

Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or project delivery.
Experience working in a complex, service-based, regulated, or customer-focused environment.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, including developing business cases and data interpretation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous or complex situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate strategic opportunities into practical implementation plans.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, health, commerce, management, or project management is desirable.
Experience in international business within health insurance or health funds is highly desirable.
Background in governance frameworks, service design, or continuous improvement is highly regarded.

Deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Identify new partnership, service, and market opportunities using industry insights.
Develop compelling business cases, commercial analyses, and implementation plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
Influence stakeholders and establish alignment around strategic priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery across multiple workstreams.
Establish effective governance frameworks, performance measures, and risk controls.
Prepare commercial and operational recommendations for senior stakeholders.
