Requirements
- Previous experience in Personnel Administration (Departamento Pessoal) with terminations, vacations, benefits, timekeeping, and occupational health.
- Knowledge of payroll-related taxes and obligations (FGTS, INSS, IRRF).
- Familiarity with Brazilian government systems (Conectividade Social, MTE, eSocial).
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation applied to personnel administration.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with organization and urgency.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, n8n, or similar).
- Experience with payroll, admissions, or internship administration is a plus.
- Experience with Senior HCM system is desirable.
- Degree or technical training in Human Resources or Personnel Administration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize employee termination processes, including calculations and homologations.
- Manage vacation processes and monitor electronic timekeeping controls.
- Administer employee benefits, including meal and food allowances, health insurance, and dental insurance.
- Coordinate and monitor occupational health and safety routines.
- Provide employee support through communication channels such as Slack, email, and phone.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Develop or support tools, automations, and process improvements using technology and AI where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure personnel administration activities are performed consistently.
