Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technology implementation, systems integration, or software development.
- Strong understanding of complex federal regulations and requirements relevant to public-sector programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, SQL, and SPSS.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with large and complex datasets.
- Experience across software development lifecycle phases using Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with occasional travel or onsite requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and development of custom forms, templates, workflows, and system functionality.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on defined functional and non-functional requirements.
- Integrate software components and third-party applications as part of broader system integration initiatives.
- Gather, evaluate, and document customer use cases, business processes, and functional requirements.
- Create clear technical documentation for project reference, implementation, and reporting.
- Apply low-code platforms and configuration methodologies where appropriate.
- Support clients and stakeholders in planning and strategy discussions around risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Participate in system implementation initiatives involving integrated solutions and modernization of legacy or mainframe technologies.
