Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, master’s degree with 6 years, or 11 years without a degree.
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale CMDB solutions.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), and ITIL principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise requirements into scalable architecture.
- Strong analytical, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (preferred).
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define the overall ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture, roadmap, standards, and governance model.
- Establish CMDB structures including CI classes, attributes, identification rules, and lifecycle processes.
- Design CMDB integration architecture across cloud, network, security, and asset management platforms.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Establish sustainable CMDB governance, including data-quality metrics and CSDM maturity roadmaps.
- Architect and evaluate integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Partner with cross-functional technology teams to validate service relationships and data quality.
