- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or administration.
- At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading systems teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, SSO).
- Proven production experience with Pure Storage, Isilon/PowerScale, and Cohesity.
- Experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter and enterprise virtualization.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with Python for automation.
- Understanding of infrastructure security, CIS/NIST hardening, and patch management.
- Experience with capacity management, performance analysis, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a small team of systems administrators and engineers, including coaching, workload management, and career development.
- Engineer and operate Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and Entra ID.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Drive Intune capabilities for imaging, application packaging, and policy management.
- Own VMware vSphere/vCenter environments and enterprise storage platforms like Pure Storage and Isilon.
- Operate Cohesity backup environments and maintain disaster recovery runbooks.
- Use PowerShell and Python to automate tasks and health checks.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on CIS/NIST hardening and incident response.
- Contribute to infrastructure budgeting, roadmap development, and technology planning.
