Job Details

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
7–10 years of hands-on software development experience in C/C++ and Python.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols: IPv4/IPv6, ARP, VLAN, TCP/IP stack, routing, and switching.
Expertise in Linux system programming, socket programming, and multithreading.
Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools like Wireshark and tcpdump.
Experience integrating software with NMS, SNMP, or REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed systems.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
Experience setting up and managing virtual machines and networks including KVM, libvirt, VMware, or VirtualBox.
Proven track record of delivering production-quality software in fast-paced environments.

Design and develop software modules using C/C++ for high-performance network applications.
Integrate software components with Python-based modules.
Develop and maintain L2–L7 networking protocols including Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Debug and resolve complex issues across application, transport, and network layers, including crash analysis.
Configure and troubleshoot virtual networking in VM environments using bridges, TAP/TUN interfaces, VLANs, and virtual switches.
Deploy and test networking software within virtualized environments such as KVM, VMware, or VirtualBox.
Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to define delivery and deployment workflows.
Participate in design and code reviews to enforce best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design documentation.
