Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2–4+ years of professional software development experience working with SQL databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of AI development tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience across the full technical project lifecycle from requirements to support.
- Experience with cloud-based design principles and modern application development.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a structured environment.
- Maintain a dedicated, secure home working environment with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, modify, and support the deployment of software applications and integrations based on approved business requirements and technical specifications.
- Apply established integration patterns, coding standards, security requirements, architectural guidelines, and change-control procedures.
- Use approved AI development tools to support coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop working knowledge of back-office ERP and finance systems.
- Review and clarify technical requirements with business partners and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test plans, and implementation materials.
- Investigate and resolve moderately complex application and integration issues.
- Coordinate testing and implementation activities with business and IT teams.
- Organize assigned work across multiple projects and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support production issue resolution and ongoing application performance.
