Minimum 5 years of progressive, professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem OR strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with web accessibility/WCAG standards for front-end focused candidates.
Broad comfort working across the full stack and adapting to changing team needs.
Experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server or Azure SQL.
Proven experience conducting thorough PR reviews and mentoring mid-level engineers.
Experience working within Agile/SDLC frameworks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates must have an existing and suitable remote workstation setup.

Deliver high-quality features across the full stack while considering architectural impacts and maintaining clean, tested code.
Steer migration and modernization initiatives such as migrating C# services to .NET 8, optimizing Azure SQL performance, and converting legacy UI to React components.
Identify and address technical debt, author technical proposals, and champion engineering quality standards.
Provide constructive code reviews, pair-program with mid-level engineers, and mentor team members.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing to shape product features and utilize AI tools to accelerate delivery.
