Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience with the ability to lead projects from concept to production.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems including tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
- Deep understanding of the agentic stack: orchestration, tool use, MCP, memory, and retrieval.
- Strong context and prompt engineering skills, treating prompts as versioned, testable artifacts.
- Experience building knowledge bases and implementing RAG pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Fluency with SaaS APIs, webhooks, and business system integrations.
- Component-oriented mindset and ability to design scalable systems.
- Experience working with non-engineering stakeholders to design effective automation.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run agentic workflows across the delivery process such as requirements review, automated checks, and early risk detection.
- Build reusable components, skills, and patterns for tool integrations, feedback loops, and identity/auth management.
- Manage quality end-to-end by designing evals, monitoring agents in production, and overseeing observability, cost, and security.
- Develop human-in-the-loop workflows where human corrections improve prompts, evals, and system components.
- Embed with delivery teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for automation.
- Drive internal adoption of AI agents by building paved paths and establishing best practices for teams.
