Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the supplements, nutraceuticals, or similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in logistics and import terminology, including freight quoting, customs/HTS/TARIC codes, and cargo insurance.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet management and operations systems, specifically Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and 3PL platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise using Asana for task management and project tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience aligning internal and external stakeholders via email, Slack, and Asana.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and re-plan effectively when shipments or production runs encounter delays.
- High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage concurrent product runs and moving parts.
Responsibilities
- Track purchase orders and production timelines with contract manufacturers for every SKU.
- Solicit and compare freight quotes and manage international import logistics including customs and FDA release.
- Manage 3PL inventory intake, SKU configuration, and discrepancy resolution within Shipfusion.
- Coordinate label design, regulatory documentation including CoAs, and product imagery updates.
- Maintain e-commerce product catalogs on Shopify and Amazon, including stock states and inventory replenishment.
- Serve as the central tracking hub for production status, maintaining master records for labels, CoAs, and lot information.
