Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, e-learning, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience in creating structured and engaging learning content for digital and instructor-led environments.
- Strong skills in storyboarding, content development, assessment design, and learning objective creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with SMEs, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to independently manage instructional design projects from requirement gathering through final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions for employees, customers, partners, or other target audiences.
- Analyze training requirements, learner profiles, existing content, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
- Create storyboards, instructional scripts, course outlines, facilitator guides, assessments, and simulations.
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using instructional design principles and multimedia elements.
- Review and improve existing training materials based on learner feedback and business requirements.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
