Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an instructional designer.
- Proficiency in either live (ILT, Virtual) or asynchronous (eLearning) modalities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and its application in blended environments.
- Ability to develop curriculum paths based on skill requirements and training needs.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
- Ability to influence and indirectly manage across functional teams.
- Background in developing technical training and software simulations.
- Experience in product training development and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Delivery Enablement and functional areas to establish and improve end-to-end training capabilities.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design curriculum and course content across multiple modalities.
- Assess training needs and research audience requirements to build effective learning journeys.
- Apply instructional strategies and adult learning principles to create sound, engaging content.
- Manage project schedules and multiple concurrent training courses to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Develop and edit training materials including slides, guides, exercises, and job aids.
- Validate course quality through pilots and synthesize feedback for continuous improvement.
- Load and maintain training content in repositories with version control.
