Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products.
- Proven experience designing AI/agentic user experiences beyond simple chat interfaces.
- Expertise in asynchronous task monitoring, AI transparency, and explainability.
- Strong background in designing for complex data visualization and content-heavy systems.
- Experience working across React, Salesforce, and Microsoft ecosystems (Teams/Power Automate).
- Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools such as Figma or Bolt.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead user interactions with autonomous AI agents.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems that provide visibility into AI reasoning and decision-making.
- Create interfaces for monitoring long-running agent tasks and managing status tracking.
- Design AI-driven workflows across React applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Architect dashboards and workflows for content-heavy, data-rich environments.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Bolt.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing focused on trust and control.
- Drive UX vision in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
