Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or higher.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant federal contracting experience.
- Senior-level federal acquisition knowledge comparable to FAC-C Level III or FAC-C Professional competencies.
- Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition laws, regulations, and policies (FAR Parts 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 37, 43).
- Experience with contract types including Firm-Fixed Price, Fixed Price with EPA, Labor Hour, and Time and Materials.
- Experience with acquisition vehicles such as IDIQs, BPAs, task orders, and purchase orders.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using collaboration and productivity applications (Google Workspace).
- Strong analytical, research, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support from planning through closeout.
- Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program officials to execute procurements and resolve issues.
- Develop acquisition strategies and recommend procurement approaches based on Government requirements.
- Prepare, review, and edit contractual documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Process contract actions in systems like PRISM and perform data validation for reporting.
- Support administration activities including performance tracking, funding actions, and contract modifications.
- Independently assess requirements to identify risks, efficiencies, and alternative approaches.
