Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming
- Knowledge building out REST or GraphQL APIs with automated unit testing
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Programming proficiency in Java, Spring, Python, or Go
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience guiding teams in the adoption of new languages, frameworks, or engineering patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with version control systems such as git
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
- Familiarity with agile development and test-driven development
- Familiarity with secure coding standards such as OWASP
- Comfortable troubleshooting production systems and participating in on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Develop internal tools to support and optimize workflows that lead to consistent results
- Develop product features that power the Deepwatch Platform
- Write highly reusable code along with associated unit and end-to-end testing
- Contribute to software architecture design
- Develop integrations with security tools (e.g., EDRs, SIEMs, Ticketing Systems, Threat Intelligence Feeds)
- Collaborate with Deepwatch Experts and stakeholders across the organization
- Utilize and integrate AI into all development tasks
