Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating short-form social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (type animation, transitions, templating).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software.
- Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools (HeyGen, Kling, Seedance, ElevenLabs).
- Ability to maintain high speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of pacing, retention hooks, and social media trends.
- Professional fluency in Ukrainian.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and respond effectively to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Transform briefs, scripts, and storyboards into polished short-form videos.
- Manage end-to-end production including asset gathering, AI avatar generation, assembly, and final polish.
- Produce high-retention content using organic assets, AI footage, stock footage, and motion graphics.
- Implement dynamic pacing, sound effects, and subtitle optimization for social media.
- Switch adaptively between different AI expert personas based on team priorities.
- Maintain shared After Effects templates and test emerging video trends.
