Requirements
- 10+ years of significant product leadership experience.
- Proven track record creating product strategy rather than only executing established roadmaps.
- Experience taking products or services from concept through commercialization and market launch.
- Experience building technology-enabled offerings combining software, data, workflow, and operations.
- Strong commercial judgment including experience with pricing, packaging, and business cases.
- Experience working as a peer to senior Engineering and Architecture leaders to manage trade-offs.
- Experience with mission-critical or legacy technology environments needing modernization.
- Meaningful experience with AI/ML-enabled products; generative or agentic AI experience preferred.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers to translate insights into strategy.
- Executive-level communication skills for presenting strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2-3 year product strategy and integrated portfolio roadmap.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear priorities, sequencing, and measures of success.
- Lead go-to-market product evolution from initial commercial launch into a durable product line.
- Build capabilities to turn operational expertise and customer problems into differentiated commercial offerings.
- Own product strategy for service-enabling technologies, including build/buy/partner decisions.
- Establish pragmatic product management disciplines including customer discovery and product KPIs.
- Develop direct relationships with strategic customers to validate product direction.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn strategy into business outcomes.
