Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience directing project teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in the review and handling of FOIA cases.
- Strong technical knowledge of the FOIA process and related federal laws.
- Experience managing staffing, project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Compliance with HSPD-12/PIV and CMS suitability procedures.
- Completion of required security, privacy, and records-management training.
- Ability to perform work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and business project-management functions to plan, implement, track, and deliver FOIA support services.
- Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan covering schedules, budget control, staffing, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate team onboarding, system access, and project reporting including weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting for hours, costs, and task-level expenditures for prime and subcontractor personnel.
- Lead status meetings with government stakeholders to address operational issues, quality concerns, and schedule variances.
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy, information-security, records-management, and accessibility requirements.
