Strong spend optimization discipline and ability to track metrics based on quality hires.
Exceptional writing skills for job post copywriting, candidate outreach, and campaign messaging.
Ability to adapt B2B marketing and demand generation tactics for talent acquisition.
Data-driven mindset comfortable evaluating channel effectiveness.
Experience marketing technical or engineering roles is highly preferred.
Background in fintech, payments, or infrastructure is a strong plus.

Translate technical hiring plans into measurable campaign goals and execute end-to-end campaigns for priority roles.
Manage paid recruitment advertising budgets across social media, job boards, and developer platforms with a focus on quality hire conversion.
Design and execute presence at tech conferences, meetups, and developer communities including post-event follow-up strategies.
Equip recruiters with high-impact assets such as cold outreach templates, one-pagers, and technical messaging points.
Own copywriting for priority engineering and technical job posts to clearly communicate scope and culture.
Lead distribution strategy for engineering blog content and speaking engagements to drive qualified applications.
