Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles.
- Strong experience using Asana in a professional setting (2+ years preferred).
- Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation to build workflows, scripts, or lightweight tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.
- Build and implement Asana rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability.
- Monitor task progress daily to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables remain on track.
- Audit projects regularly to identify and resolve overdue tasks or workflow bottlenecks.
- Coordinate deliverables across departments to clarify responsibilities and streamline handoffs.
- Maintain Asana dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into project status and health.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
