Requirements
- 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science.
- 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics.
- Deep understanding of product analytics metrics including conversion, churn, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation.
- Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks such as dbt and Airflow.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
- Preferred: Proven ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy to drive revenue and growth.
- Preferred: Advanced proficiency with Python or R for analytics and working with event-based data.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to shape product roadmap strategy.
- Translate broad business questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
- Perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights.
- Communicate complex analytical results in a compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Model the impact of new features and determine success criteria.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate new product launches.
- Identify and implement improvements to provider experience, quality, and marketplace balance.
