Requirements
- 8–10+ years of IT project delivery experience.
- 3–5+ years managing major incidents on large-scale warehouse or order management implementations.
- Hands-on experience delivering Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) projects.
- Deep understanding of MAWM configuration, MAO order lifecycle, and Active Platform architecture.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, or Seeburger.
- Competence in SQL and log analysis.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
- Proven experience with Defect and Test Management Tools (JIRA, Xray).
- Strong understanding of ITIL Major Incident Management practices.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and fulfilment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead management of high-priority project incidents during design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Assess incident severity, business impact, and project risk.
- Chair incident bridge calls and ensure coordination across all teams.
- Maintain incident logs, decisions, and timelines.
- Coordinate technical teams across MAWM, MAO, integration platforms, and infrastructure.
- Ensure root cause investigations are completed.
- Provide regular executive updates on incident status and recovery plans.
- Protect key project milestones including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
- Produce Major Incident Reports (MIRs) and facilitate post-incident reviews.
- Coordinate with Manhattan Associates and third-party vendors.
