Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Documented experience in delivering at least 3 large end-to-end projects.
- Experience in the financial and/or banking sector.
- Active PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, resources, and vendors.
- Knowledge of scaling agile and hybrid frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Very good command of English (B2 level).
- Good command of Polish (B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead parallel business, regulatory, or IT projects and programs, managing scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Manage project teams, resources, budgets, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate cooperation with external vendors and key stakeholders.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate project and program risks.
- Monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on project planning and execution.
- Ensure effective communication across all project parties.
