Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of India vendor withholding tax and deductions.
- Experience preparing monthly and annual balance sheet schedules.
- Proficiency in managing internal, external, and SOX audits.
- Attention to detail for invoice verification and report reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Apply knowledge of India vendor withholding tax percentages and deductions.
- Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile payable reports monthly to ensure payment accuracy.
- Resolve payment or invoice discrepancies and manage documentation.
- Prepare monthly and annual schedules for the balance sheet.
- Manage internal, external, and SOX audit requirements.
