Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence.
- Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in inbound/outbound phone support.
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities using multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in Arizona, Florida, or Ohio.
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM EST following training.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of Specialty Rx medications.
- Perform varied administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
- Contact physicians for prescription clarifications.
- Enter prescription orders into the system.
- Ensure adherence to specialty operational processes and programs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers to optimize health outcomes.
