Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Ability to work a 4 10-hour shift schedule (Wednesday-Saturday).
- Ability to work a rotating weekend coverage schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated skills in Excel.
- Strong organization, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Prior experience in dispatch or route service preferred.
- Industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool and spa preferred.
- Associate’s degree or trade school certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.
- Edit incoming service requests to ensure appropriate time allocation for each job.
- Schedule events for the SR team and coordinate with Territory reps when necessary.
- Efficiently dispatch service technicians and prioritize service requests.
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure proper utilization of the field teams.
- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan and execute large-scale corporate account rollouts.
- Partner with field associates to resolve problems and drive operational effectiveness.
