Requirements
- Post-secondary degree (or diploma) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- 5–8 years of total experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Management Consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in an external client-facing consulting or professional services capacity.
- 3+ years of model design and deployment experience natively within a cloud environment (GCP preferred).
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers).
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
- Expertise in vector databases (e.g., BigQuery Vector Search, Pinecone, FAISS).
- Advanced SQL skills for query optimization in large-scale data warehouses.
- Experience with GCP core tools: Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and BigQuery ML.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy production-grade predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
- Architect and evaluate enterprise Generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines and custom LLM applications.
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows for task automation.
- Deliver advanced analytics to maximize client campaign performance and customer behavior prediction.
- Synthesize complex technical outcomes into executive-ready data visualizations and presentations.
- Build optimized analytics datasets within cloud environments to support modeling and reporting.
- Lead client workshops to define business objectives and translate problems into data science methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and code reviews for junior data scientists and analysts.
- Support pre-sales activities by scoping opportunities and providing effort estimates.
