Responsibilities
- Lead the construction of mobile solutions in Flutter while ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers to promote best practices in development and testing.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality.
- Manage technical documentation and participate in agile team rituals (Planning, Daily, Demo, Retro).
