Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the development of mobile solutions using Flutter, ensuring code quality, architectural consistency, and maintainability.
- Evaluate and introduce appropriate technologies and technical approaches to support the evolution of the mobile ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and effective mobile interfaces.
- Align technical solutions with product expectations, delivery objectives, and customer needs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping strengthen technical capabilities and development practices across the team.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, including robust testing approaches.
- Investigate and resolve application issues and ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering relevant processes and solutions.
- Participate actively in agile team ceremonies, including planning, daily meetings, demos, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and recommend architectural or process improvements.
