Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development expertise with front-end and back-end applications.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
- Experience developing backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies in software development.
- Familiarity with Cloud, Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native SaaS applications at scale (nice to have).
- Experience designing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures (nice to have).
- Experience with AWS (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across the Magnet One SaaS platform, from React-based user interfaces to C# backend services and APIs.
- Help evolve intuitive and cohesive user experiences, including shared navigation, consistent workflows, and unified design patterns across the platform.
- Build and enhance core case management capabilities that support forensic investigators throughout their workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, taking ownership of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements, deliver customer-focused solutions, and continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the design and operation of cloud-native services, including deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural planning to promote engineering best practices and long-term maintainability.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership through thoughtful collaboration and knowledge sharing.
