Requirements
- 3-5+ years of ERP platform management experience.
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting.
- Experience with payment processor, tax, and payroll integration with ERP.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT/SQL script practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Stripe, Avalara tax, and Rippling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize financial systems including ERP/General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Travel, and Reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and records to enhance system functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP configuration, data, and reporting.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct system training.
- Automate manual processes and maintain NetSuite General Ledger and Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) reporting.
- Support new integrations and system implementations.
- Monitor interfaces with payment processors, payroll systems, travel platforms, and banking partners.
- Ensure updates and new releases are implemented without production interruption.
